Aite Group conducted a survey and found that more than 55% of banks consider an effective, customer-centric portal to be a top priority. Christine Barry, Research Director of Wholesale Banking at Aite, elaborated on the powerful impact a next-generation portal can have on a bank saying “If implemented properly, corporate portals have the potential to change the way banks operate. These portals are not just a technology transformation but rather a full bank transformation—they better position banks to build relationships in addition to offering transactions.”
