If you are a Backbase customer or partner, please submit a service request via Backbase Product Support if you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a Backbase product.

Backbase requests and appreciate that the reporting of a security vulnerability follows responsible disclosure practices and that findings are not published before Backbase have had time to investigate and release a fix to our customers.
