We are looking for a FE Software Engineer to join our dev team focused on developing our Customer Support capability which is a fundamental part of the Backbase Enterprise Banking Platform (EBP). Our Customer Support capability empowers the Banks using Backbase EBP to support their own customers at lightning speed.
What you'll do
- You will develop scalable web applications using a modern, responsive stack in
typescript.
- You will work closely with the product owner, developers, and QA engineers to shape the product, analysing requirements and turning them into high quality solutions.
- You will be actively involved in the full lifecycle of our Customer Support capability in line with our “you build it, you own it” philosophy.
Who you are
- You are not a coder, you are a software engineer. You love solving complex problems and building scalable, resilient, and accessible web journeys that delight our users.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Typescript, CSS and HTML.
You understand the goals of modern frameworks such as Angular and have a good grounding in their key architectural concepts.
- You have extensive experience with testing frameworks such as: Jest, Cypress and Playwright.
