As a Partner Operations Manager, you will oversee partner programs, ensuring efficient onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking. You'll support program development, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate across teams to enhance partner relationships. Additionally, you'll focus on improving processes for scalability and a better partner experience.
What you'll do
The Partner Operations Manager would be crucial in driving our partner ecosystem's efficiency and performance, aligning our global strategy with the local execution, and ensuring a frictionless experience for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the partner programs, ensuring smooth onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking. Manage day-to-day operations for the partner ecosystem, including managing partner data, reporting, and streamlining processes;
- Program Development & Support: Contribute to the creation and refinement of partner programs, agreements, incentives, and campaigns to enhance our partner relationships and drive revenue. Support partners by providing necessary tools, information, and guidance;
- Data-Driven Analysis & Insights: Develop and maintain KPIs to measure partner performance and certification. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Partners & Alliances team to improve strategies and drive growth;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) and external partners. Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments to support partner activities;
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and scalability to better serve partners and improve their experience.
Who you are
- 8+ years of general experience in any Sales related role or a proven track record in an equivalent role;
- A Bachelor / Master in Business Administration or equivalent ;
- Experience in Partner Operations or Alliances: Preferably 3+ years in partner operations, partner marketing, or sales operations roles within a high-growth tech environment;
- Understanding of Software Sales Cycles & Partner Dynamics: Knowledge of how software sales cycles work, and the ability to understand partner motivations, channel conflicts, and program best practices;
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and team dynamics.
